Description

Handcrafted zebrano wood boards and plates.
The collection has seventeen different pieces, all 2 cm thick.
Use them as everyday plates, or for preparing and serving grilled meat, fish skewers, pizza, cheese and more at the table.
Zebrano wood comes from Central and West Africa and is prized as a fine hardwood for its resistance to impact and, above all, for its beautiful golden colour. It has many brown streaks, which make it look like a zebra’s hide, hence the name. It’s also known as zingana and allen ele. The tree, Microberlinia brazzavillensis, is tall and straight, and grows up to 40 m high with a trunk up to 1 m across.

SERENGUETI is a warm, distinctive design. It suits Nordic or calm Japanese-style rooms, sustainable homes, spaces full of plants and any interior that favours natural materials, especially wood.
The wood is biodegradable, which makes it a sustainable choice.
